What does it mean when you get on blogger, to blog again for the first time in TOOOO long, and you enter your facebook password instead of your blogger password? Yep. Enough with the facebook!
So, things are just as crazy and wonderful as ever here with the Wiggies. Always something. Lately Mark has been putting our videos onto dvd's. The girls love it because they get to watch themselves on t.v. I love it because it helps me remember everything I've forgotten. And I want to jump into the t.v. screen and be with those littler girls again.
It is SUMMER, people. And let me just say, no one, and I mean NO ONE, is happier than me about it. I'm probably happier than my kids about it! I am so happy to have all my girls here at home with me and to have our time back without all the places to be and responsibilities/activities.
So, this summer is the summer of
1. getting along with your sisters
2. doing your chores and then
3. having lots of fun together.
So far it's going good. The girls....you know what? Everytime I brag about this area, the next day is horrible. So, I'm just going to leave it at, it's going good so far.
As for the chores - that is going AWESOME! The girls are doing great at keeping their areas clean. They are also helping me around the house with things like dusting and folding clothes. And I am here to tell you - it doesn't sound like much, but those things are a huge, huge help.
This summer is also the summer of MOMMY ORGANIZING THIS HOUSE. Which is why we're working to hard to stay on top of things around the house, so there is more time to actually organize.
I think I promised in a post back in March or April to put more pictures on here. So, I'm not going to promise, but I am acknowledging it is time for me to post pictures again.
For those of you who have stuck with looking at this blog and seeing the same thing week after week: thank you! I feel like you deserve an award or something! Actually, I'm not sure an award is enough, but I hope you understand my thanks is sincere. Paula Malucci, you sweet thing, thank you for coming and understanding when it hasn't changed in weeks! Stephanie Chase, thank you for being faithful on your own blog to share straight from the heart what the Lord is showing you and also for encouraging me to keep writing even when it feels like there's nothing there.
One more thing: tomorrow is the first day of Vacation Bible School. I will be teaching my Emma this year and she is so excited. Can I just say, I feel so loved every time she squeezes me and smiles that big smile and says, "Oooooh, mommy, I can't WAIT until Vecation (that's how she pronounces it) Bible School when you're gonna be my TEACHER!"
Me, too!
