Mother's Day was....
sleeping in til almost 10:00 a.m.
Mark and the girls picking this album out for me
And putting pictures inside it like this one, taken just three days ago. Clever, thoughtful, and creative.
And they also picked out the cutest frame, and put a "mama and her girls" picture in it.
And Mark getting our 2009 blog entries put into this book.
Emma decorating this paper plate and napkin for me. The plate had my breakfast on it, and the napking was covering my breakfast.
Mark and the girls making breakfast in bed, which was chocolate chip cookies and coffee! Hello...can you say yum?! (No picure...we all shared the cookies and coffee!)
Finding the best 80's radio station ever: The Coast 93.3 F.M. Remember these: Open your heart to me. How about this: Wish me love a wishing well, to kiss and tell. This could go on for a while; I know tons of 80's songs. I'll spare you. Not everyone loves the 80's.
Going to the Gulfarium and watching the most entertaining dolphins and sea lions in Florida!
Eating out at The Crab Trap for Mother's Day Dinner. I had the clam strip basket and sweet tea (No sweet and low on Mother's Day, but thanks anyway!) and I did not regret it. Yummo.
The girls starting an argument in the elevator, followed by me saying, "I cannot believe y'all are going to do this on Mother's Day. You know all I really want today is for y'all to get along." Then hearing, "I'm sorry, Emma." and "Me, too, Allison." Judge if you want. Guilt or no guilt; it worked.
Calls to our moms, and hearing all the background noise of the get togethers we are missing.
Multiple texts to and from the best friends a girl could ever ask for.
Time alone with my four favorite people in the whole world.
