More catching up.... First Grade Bible Presentation at our church.





A little backstory - I was pregnant with Meagan when it was Allison's turn for First Grade Bible Presentation. I had the camera all ready to take the picture of Allison receiving her Bible, and my point and click took a few seconds to shoot, so I missed the shot. Actually, I think I got a shot of nothing, because the camera took the picture as Allison was walking away and another kid was coming up. I think I whispered something to Mark about our camera needing to go back to the devil where it came from.

Two weeks later, I was scheduled for induction on a Monday morning. The Sunday evening before, with me on bedrest, Mark took off with our two girls and bought our digital Canon and two going home outfits - one for a boy and one for a girl.

Isn't it funny how one event can instantly take you back to another?
